$60 per hour for further troubleshooting
Basic Repairs (e.g., hardware replacement, software issues):
$80 per hour Advanced Repairs (e.g., motherboard work, data recovery)
$80 per hour virus & malware removal .
$120 flat rate (includes system optimization)
Software Installation & Setup
$50 per application Network Troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, routers, etc.):
Services Basic Support Remote (e.g., software fixes, minor troubleshooting) - $40 per session (up to 30 minutes)
Advanced Support Remote - $60 per session (up to 1 hour)
$80 Flat-Rate Services Operating System Installation
$100 Data Backup & Transfer - $80 (up to 500GB)
$180 Computer Tune-Up (speed optimization, cleaning)
$90 Emergency Services After-Hours or $120 Holiday Emergency Visits
Some pricing is also negotiable
$50 flat fee for locations within 20 miles of Placerville, CA plus service fee
$1 per mile for locations beyond 20 miles Discounts Senior Citizens & Veterans: - 10% off all services
Pricing for replacement parts or hardware will be quoted separately. All service pricing is minimum one hour charge unless stated.
Service Guarantee: All services come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If i can't fix it you don't pay.
